Please note: Please note Customer web access currently requires an SMTP server to function correctly. Windows Vista and Windows 7 do not include and SMTP server, therefore these operating systems are currently not supported to serve the Customer Web Access application.

Notes:

  • We highly recommend you use a firewall to protect the web server.
  • Do not use the web server as your database server.
  • We recommend that you only open port 80 on the web server.
  • The web server will need a static IP address or a domain name to identify it on the Internet.
