How to Take Advantage of ServiceCEO 3rd-Party Software Integration Features
ServiceCEO integrates with several off-the-shelf software packages. The following is a description of those packages and specific recommendations and considerations.
Microsoft Office
Currently, we support ServiceCEO integration with Microsoft Office
® 2003. Note that you will need to install Microsoft's most recent updates in order to ensure that the mail merge functionality works correctly.
QuickBooks
ServiceCEO can integrate quickly and easily with all editions of QuickBooks® 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 or 2009 -
except the Basic, Simple Start, and Online editions.
QuickBooks Canada
ServiceCEO 6.2 is completely integrated with
QuickBooks® Canada 2008 and 2009. ServiceCEO 6.2 will not integrate with QuickBooks®Canada Multicurrency Edition, 2007, or any versions prior to 2007.

Crystal Reports
If you plan to use Crystal Reports® with ServiceCEO, only the full installation of Crystal Reports 9.0 is currently supported. However, you can edit any existing reports in ServiceCEO by purchasing an Integrated Crystal Reports Designer License from Insight Direct. MapPoint
ServiceCEO integrates with Microsoft MapPoint® 2006.
