The Integrated Crystal Reports® Designer License enables an embedded version of Crystal Reports 9.0 within ServiceCEO. Seamlessly integrated, the embedded version of Crystal Reports enables you to customize ServiceCEO's existing Crystal Reports and generate the specific information you need to run your business. You can change the formatting and layout of a report, add fields, create and edit the formulas that control the display of data from the ServiceCEO database, and much more!

Once you buy the license, you're not on your own! The Crystal Reports section of our Help System will walk you though the process of editing reports to meet your needs. You can also learn how to use the Crystal Reports Designer by attending our Crystal Reports Q&A Class . Both are available within the Member Center.
