Chief Executive Officer
Chris is a seasoned executive that is responsible for all aspects of the business. He was formerly with ServiceMaster where he held a variety of marketing and sales roles within the company and its home services brand. He served as Director of Marketing at ARS/Rescue Rooter, ServiceMaster's HVAC & Plumbing division. Most recently he led the online marketing efforts for all of ServiceMaster's brands as Corporate Vice President of Internet Marketing and Retail Initiatives.
Prior to ServiceMaster, Chris held senior executive roles with OurHouse.com, a leading internet e-commerce company; Applied Value, a consulting firm; and Alcatel, a leader in the telecommunications industry.
Chris holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A with honors in finance, strategy, and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Vice President and Co-Founder
Chris is responsible for ServiceCEO's ability to meet the real world needs of field service businesses. He takes the complex functions faced by service businesses and creates intuitive solutions so that even the novice computer user can operate ServiceCEO. Chris is considered one of the top authorities in automating the management and back office needs of service businesses and has helped thousands of single-site and franchise organizations streamline their business processes for growth, operational uniformity and profit maximization.
Chris is the father of three and is an avid golfer, poker player, and music fan with over 700 concerts and counting attended in his lifetime. Chris and his wife Allison are very active in the parents of children with autism community, helping to bring awareness to searching for a remedy to a health epidemic which now affects 1 out of 95 children in the United States, including their son CJ.
Vice President of Sales
Michael joined ServiceCEO after helping his clients achieve their goals as a Financial Consultant at UBS Wealth Management. Over his tenure with the company Mike has become an expert at matching our customer's needs with the solutions offered by ServiceCEO. Before joining the executive team Mike was the top consultant and leading expert on the ServiceCEO platform. Mike is responsible for the strategic direction for all of ServiceCEO sales.
Mike and his wife Armi live in Boston with their two dogs, Max and Louie. He enjoys snowboarding in the winter and playing golf in the summer.
Chief Technology Officer
Jason is responsible for leading the design and development of Marathon Data Systems's products, including ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems, as well as architecture of the next generation in the continually evolving ServiceCEO product line.
Jason has a computer sciences degree from Dartmouth College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Vice President of Strategy
Praveen is responsible for strategic initiatives related to business development, acquisitions, and long-term financial planning.
Before joining the team, Praveen was a Principal at Gaja Capital Partners, a private equity firm focusing on growth capital investments. Prior to that he was a Vice President in alternative instruments for Merrill Lynch, where he focused on fund raising and analysis of private equity opportunities.
Praveen has an M.B.A from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Farr is responsible for all of Marathon's R&D efforts, which include architecting and developing its desktop and mobile applications of the future and improving the development processes across the organization through adoption of agile practices (collaboration, automated testing, and iterative & incremental development). Mr. Farr joined Marathon in November 2011, bringing with him over twenty years of experience leading teams in building reliable, scalable, maintainable software systems. Most recently, Eric led the transformation of field service mobility provider, Agentek, from reliance on a proprietary, Windows Mobile, custom-build offering to a standards-based, cross-platform mobile product without a peer in that space. As an early adopter in the Agile software movement, Eric worked with industry thought leader VersionOne and has consulted for a multitude of organizations including IBM, Ernst & Young, and Cox Communications. Eric graduated Magna Cum Laude in Industrial Engineering at the University of Miami.
