Product Training
We offer new resellers a two-hour, online training session that allows your sales and technical support personnel to learn ServiceCEO product features from Insight Direct experts. Existing resellers are also welcome to join in on these sessions periodically - there is always something new to learn about ServiceCEO!

Priority Access to Sales and Technical Support Engineers
We want you to be successful at selling and providing technical support for ServiceCEO. Whereas resellers are not required to offer ServiceCEO technical support to their customers, we have found the most successful resellers both sell and support our product. To help your organization become as successful as possible, your staff will have priority access via telephone, web, and e-mail to our knowledgeable sales and technical support engineers.

Downloadable Technical Reference Manuals and Pre-Recorded Tutorials
Resellers are authorized to download our easy-to-use reference manuals and animated tutorials and incorporate them into their own training curricula and marketing collateral.

Beta Program Participation
Resellers can also participate in our Beta Program to ensure their customers' feature requests are incorporated into our product development roadmap.
