Squeaky Clean Windows Chooses VaZing to Boost Productivity and Profits | Utah-based Window Cleaning Company Selects Web-based Field Service Management Software to Double Job Scheduling Capacity, Increase Billable Hours and Speed Invoicing BOSTON, Massachusetts, April 27 - Window cleaning company Squeaky Clean Windows projects that it will double its business in 2010, thanks to its recent investment in VaZing, a web-based software solution from Insight Direct, a leading provider of software that helps small and mid-size field service companies run their businesses better. A ten-person operation serving over 1,000 customers, Squeaky Clean Windows has deployed VaZing as a platform for efficiently automating and managing its core business operations - from customer records and estimates to job scheduling and dispatching, and billing. Using VaZing has already eliminated 80 percent of the paperwork that used to be physically passed from office staff to field crews and back again, every day. Removing this time-consuming paper trail means that Squeaky Clean Windows has doubled the scheduling capacity of its office staff - from three crews per person to six crews per person - without increasing administrative expenses. This means more crews in the field, more jobs fulfilled, and more revenue, which is especially important as the company's seasonal business peaks in spring and in November/December when they offer a Christmas lighting installation service. In addition to greatly-improved employee productivity, Squeaky Clean Windows' owners have already seen that VaZing will help them dramatically improve their speed of invoicing, anticipating a 50 percent reduction in invoicing time and meaning they'll get paid faster. Given cash flow is such an ultra-important challenge for all small business owners, this benefit presents a huge upside for Squeaky Clean Windows. "Using VaZing, we will be able to double, even triple, our business without incurring extra expenses in the office," said Squeaky Clean Windows general manager Chris Gray. Squeaky Clean Windows owners selected the web-based VaZing because it meant no additional hardware to buy or install and no maintenance to worry about. All it requires is Internet access via a laptop or PC. Currently Squeaky Clean Windows' office staff use VaZing to manage daily operations but next month, the company plans to equip some of its trucks with laptops and wireless connectivity so that crews can view schedules, track job details, and convert estimates into work orders and invoices from the road. Creating these mobile offices for each technician means they spend less time shuttling back and forth to the home office, and more billable hours servicing customers. "Thanks to VaZing, business is running more efficiently than ever. With the day-to-day being taken care of, we can now take the time to plan and market ourselves, and ultimately grow our business. While our competitors are still struggling to operate using basic tools, we'll be leading the game," said Squeaky Clean business owner Eric Wimmer. About Insight Direct
