THE MAIDS Home Services Selects ServiceCEO® Business Management Software to Run Its 165 Locations | ![]() | One of the Largest Maid Services Franchisors in the United States Turns to Insight Direct's ServiceCEO to Help Improve Business Operations and Efficiencies Boston, MA - November 14, 2006 -Insight Direct, a leading provider of business management software for field service companies, announced today that THE MAIDS Home Services, one of the largest residential cleaning franchises in the United States, has selected Insight Direct's ServiceCEO ® as its software platform to manage the franchise's 165 operations. THE MAIDS use ServiceCEO to manage its franchisees' business operations including scheduling, dispatching, work orders, estimates, payroll, marketing and more. THE MAIDS developed an aggressive 9-10 month roll-out plan of ServiceCEO to its franchisees. The franchise has successfully implemented ServiceCEO in 40 of its franchise locations, and expects to have all franchisees up and running on ServiceCEO by early summer 2007.
