50 Location Computer Services Franchisor Expetec Selects ServiceCEO Business Management Solution to Optimize Operations, Increase Efficiencies

Expetec, which specializes in providing IT services to Small and Medium Business (SMB), had been using other third-party software programs for almost two years before the company decided it needed to make a change.

According to Expetec Operations Manager Bryan German, previous software programs were difficult to implement and use, were not very flexible, and lacked the ability to effectively manage some of the franchise's basic business needs including processing work orders, entering and tracking customer information, as well as reporting and analyzing marketing campaigns. In addition, many of the franchisees didn't have the ability to view and modify their specific franchisee information.
