50 Location Computer Services Franchisor Expetec Selects ServiceCEO Business Management Solution to Optimize Operations, Increase Efficiencies | ![]() | Boston, MA -- February 27, 2006 --Insight Direct, a leading provider of business management software for IT and other field service businesses, announced today that Expetec Technology Services, a leading computer services franchisor, has selected Insight's ServiceCEO as the software platform for the management of all of the company's 50 franchisees. Expetec, which specializes in providing IT services to Small and Medium Business (SMB), had been using other third-party software programs for almost two years before the company decided it needed to make a change. According to Expetec Operations Manager Bryan German, previous software programs were difficult to implement and use, were not very flexible, and lacked the ability to effectively manage some of the franchise's basic business needs including processing work orders, entering and tracking customer information, as well as reporting and analyzing marketing campaigns. In addition, many of the franchisees didn't have the ability to view and modify their specific franchisee information. German added that not only was ServiceCEO easy to get up and running in just a few short weeks but has continued to meet and exceed his expectations. "We were growing increasingly frustrated with the programs we were using. Our franchisees were very unhappy so it was great that ServiceCEO came along when it did," said German. "We finally now have the solution that will help us improve our business operations."
ServiceCEO is currently used by several of Expetec's franchisees with plans to roll out to the remainder of the franchisees within the next two months. German said Expetec views ServiceCEO as the best-of-breed total business solution at the franchisee level while also providing the franchisor the tools and view necessary to strengthen the link between the franchisor and franchisees. German said he expects ServiceCEO to have an immediate impact on the company's bottom line and looks forward to increasing his organization's operational efficiencies, lowering costs and increasing its overall revenue.
