Class are offered 3 days each week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 1:00 PM EST.  In addition, make sure to hang your "Steps to Success" poster, which is included in your CD case, in view while you deploy ServiceCEO.

To attend a class, simply:

1. Log into the Member Center
2. Click on "Attend Live Training Classes"
3. Click on the link to connect to the visual portion of the class. Follow the instructions for dialing into the audio portion.
