In-Vehicle
GPS Tracking
Customers who purchase SageQuest's
hardware/software solution will be able to see the location
of each vehicle in their fleet on the Dispatch Board.
SageQuest uses GPS-based technology to track,
route and generate reports on your vehicles. Their solution
provides tracking software and reporting tools that allows
dispatchers who have Microsoft® MapPoint®
installed to:

Obtain valuable real-time and historical information
on each vehicle, including speed, length of time idle,
mileage, stops, driving route, etc. |

Marketing Campaigns
ServiceCEO 6.0 expands its marketing capabilities by replacing
Marketing Codes with Campaigns. Campaigns will be able to
accommodate marketing activities such as yellow page ads,
store fronts, billboard ads, mass emails, holiday cards,
direct mail, and telemarketing efforts. Customers are able
to track specific marketing efforts, including a campaign’s
cost, its effectiveness and revenue-generating potential.
Customers also have the ability to create and assign a demographic,
a group of customers based on defined characteristics and/or
filters, to a campaign.

Payroll/Timecards
The biggest enhancement in the new 6.0 release is ServiceCEO's
expanded payroll capabilities. Customers have the ability
to generate and control all details of their employee payroll,
including time cards, work hours, pay cycles, time codes,
pay checks, team check in, paycheck report, overtime and
payroll flexibility. ServiceCEO’s Payroll Setup Wizard
enables customers to quickly and easily configure all of
ServiceCEO’s new payroll features in one centralized
location.
XML Exporting
With the 6.0 release, ServiceCEO uses Extensible Markup
Language (XML) exporting to integrate with General Ledger
(G/L) applications. After configuration, ServiceCEO generates
a representation of customers’ accounting transactions
in an XML file, marked with the date and a serial number.
Customers will need to install and configure a tool (such
as eBRIDGE® or Great Plains® Integration Manager®)
to load data from the ServiceCEO XML files into a G/L database.
Posting Invoices
Customers can now control when an invoice is reflected in
a customer balance via the Posted field. When an invoice
is posted, the invoice will be reflected in the customer’s
balance and appear in all relevant financial reports (Accounts
Receivable, etc.) as of the posted date.
Project Control Panel
In ServiceCEO 6.0, the multi-step project-building
process has been replaced with one screen: the Project Control
Panel, which enables customers to perform all project and
visit level actions and edits from one location. |

32 different forums (one hundred topics).
