Is a flat panel computer monitor worth it? Or, does it just look cool...
A good quality 17-in. flat panel monitor generally costs $350. This is only about $100 more than a high-quality 19-in. television-style CRT monitor and has about the same viewing area. In short, it makes no sense to buy a CRT monitor unless your budget is very limited.

New online training class begins this Tuesday, 6/29, at 4:00 ET We want our customer partnership to go well beyond software! To that end, we are adding new training classes that are not directly related to ServiceCEO or technology. After all, there's a lot to running a business and we want to be more than just a technical resource to our customers. The number one issue we hear from our customers, that's not related to technology, is how to get and keep great employees. So, we figured Management Leadership Coaching would be a good addition to our weekly slate of online training class offerings.
