Beginning May 27th, Insight Direct will no longer charge a license fee for credit card processing

This pricing change coincides with the new capability of transmitting credit card transactions securely over the Internet. Since the introduction of credit card processing within ServiceCEO in August 2003, transmissions were sent via a modem and telephone line. Yet our customers have been asking to instead use the Internet thereby reducing costs and avoiding the need to keep a phone line dedicated to credit card transactions.

And we listened! This new capability also means that new customers will no longer pay Insight Direct a $299 credit card licensing fee, but instead pay a one-time $199 fee to our credit card processing partner if they wish to use the Internet for transmissions.

For new customers who still want to use a modem and phone line, there will no longer be a credit card license fee charged by Insight Direct or by our credit card processing partner.
