The ARCP assists residential cleaning service
owners and managers to build, promote, and expand their
businesses.
Their mission is to provide members with the
networking, knowledge, and support needed to succeed in
the residential cleaning industry. The ARCP is the only
international, member-based, member-operated association
for residential cleaning professionals.

Cleaning Professionals (ARCP) Executive Leadership Conference
in San Antonio, TX on Thursday, May 12th

ARCP will hold its first annual leadership conference this
spring in San Antonio, TX from May 11 to 13, 2005. According
to Perry Phillips, the Executive Director of the ARCP, the
overall goal of the conference is to help cleaning service
owners become savvy and successful business owners. Additionally,
Phillips notes, he wants the attendees to “energize,
motivate, and have fun along the way.”
To support this conference objective, Christopher Chapman
will present and discuss the topic, “How
Software Can Assist in Company Image, Production Capability,
Financial Analysis, and Quality Assurance”. His
session will be held on Thursday, May 12 from 11:15 am to
12 pm.
Every time the ARCP hosts a conference on a national level,
they are inundated with questions from attendees, who are
searching for ways to improve their scheduling and make
more efficient use of their time. Phillips notes that there
are two major concerns of cleaning service owners that come
up again and again on a consistent basis. The first question
is always “What kind of vacuum cleaner should I use?”
and immediately following that is “What kind of software
should I use?”.
