David Godfrey, founder, wanted to ensure he had standard

is configuring a ServiceCEO template database so that each

We've added three new members to
our engineering team and thought we'd spotlight their talents!
Mark Stemmler, Senior Lead Developer, comes
to us from Sycamore Networks where he architected a network management
system capable of scaling to terabyte size. Mark's 15 years of software
engineering experiences include development of patented .NET application
architectures and algorithms, a $100M backbone network for Tier-I
telecommunications carriers and numerous other projects. Here at
Insight Direct, Mark will be a key contributor to product development
of ServiceCEO and our next-generation ServiceCEO.NET platform.
Andrea Barry, Quality Assurance Engineer, comes
to us from Retail Decisions where she managed the company's quality
assurance testing program, designed and implemented the product
release process, eased software development bottlenecks and substantially
increased customer satisfaction. Here at Insight Direct, Andrea
manages our internal quality assurance program and external Beta
Program.
Ella Chan, Junior DBA, comes to us from Ansin
Technology Group where she helped develop the company’s flagship
product and library of associated Crystal Reports. Here at Insight
Direct, Ella builds custom Crystal Reports for customers and extends
the ServiceCEO library of standard reports.
