THE MAIDS Home Services, one of the THE MAIDS Home Serviceslargest residential cleaning franchises in the United States, has selected Insight Direct's ServiceCEO as its software platform to manage the franchise's 165 operations. THE MAIDS use ServiceCEO to manage its franchisees' business operations including scheduling, dispatching, work orders, estimates, payroll, marketing and more.

Test Drive ServiceCEO 6.1 Beta Featuring New API (Application Programming Interface)

If you're an active ServiceCEO customer, you may qualify to take part in our ServiceCEO 6.1 Beta Program. To apply for the program, complete the ServiceCEO 6.1 Beta Release Application in the Additional Features section of the Member Center.

This is your chance to get a first look at our exciting new API which allows third-party programmers to manipulate data inside ServiceCEO using a well-documented Web Service interface. Programmers can use the API to develop new applications or integrate existing applications with ServiceCEO's data (i.e. adding new customers or modifying service line items on jobs).

In addition to the API, ServiceCEO 6.1 Beta will also include other new features:

More Training Resources!

We are introducing two new exciting training features to the Member Center: Implementation Training and Topic-Focused Q&A Classes. We believe that these new features, both based on feedback from customers, will have a great impact on the ease of getting up and running with ServiceCEO.

The Implementation Training page can be accessed from the Member Center home page. On the Training page, you will be able to see and follow a step-by-step guide to getting ServiceCEO set up to fit your business. There is a description of each step, information about what to do, and links to resources to help you along the way. From this page you can also download and print an Implementation Training checklist so that you can keep track of your progress.

The new Topic-Focused Q&A classes will be question-and-answer format. Beginning Monday, December 4, they will be offered at 12:00 PM EST every weekday. The topics and days will be:

  • Monday—Data Importing
  • Tuesday—Quoting/Estimating/Call Center
  • Wednesday—Billing
  • Thursday—QuickBooks
  • Friday—Inventory

So if you have any questions about these topics, just jump into the appropriate class and ask!
