We are introducing two new exciting training features to the Member Center: Implementation Training and Topic-Focused Q&A Classes. We believe that these new features, both based on feedback from customers, will have a great impact on the ease of getting up and running with ServiceCEO.
The Implementation Training page can be accessed from the Member Center home page. On the Training page, you will be able to see and follow a step-by-step guide to getting ServiceCEO set up to fit your business. There is a description of each step, information about what to do, and links to resources to help you along the way. From this page you can also download and print an Implementation Training checklist so that you can keep track of your progress.
The new Topic-Focused Q&A classes will be question-and-answer format. Beginning Monday, December 4, they will be offered at 12:00 PM EST every weekday. The topics and days will be:
- Monday—Data Importing
- Tuesday—Quoting/Estimating/Call Center
- Wednesday—Billing
- Thursday—QuickBooks
- Friday—Inventory
