Our Hearts Go Out to Those Affected
by the Tragedy in South Asia
Aid relief is desperately needed to help the millions affected
by this international disaster
The earthquake and resulting tsunami that struck South Asia this past
weekend has claimed over 120,000 lives. It is
difficult to comprehend what the people in this area have endured and
what it will take to bring life back to normal in the countries affected.
Our hearts go out to the families of those who lost loved ones this past
weekend and we encourage you to consider donating to the American
Red Cross or other
agencies helping the people of South Asia.
Insight Direct and its employees have made a donation to the American
Red Cross and we hope you will consider joining us to help provide aid
relief for this terrible human tragedy.

|
 |
Want to see how a 25-person
window cleaning company uses ServiceCEO?
On the first Thursday of each month at 4:00
ET we will co-host an online meeting with a customer to let them
describe how they use ServiceCEO, discuss the impact of our software
on their business and share best industry practices via Q&A.
This month Chris Carrier, Owner and President, Window Works, Inc.
will be our host.
Window Works
is a 25-person window cleaning company headquartered in Calgary,
Alberta providing window and carpet cleaning services to residential
and commercial customers.
Window Works needed to replace their custom-built
FoxPro system that was hampering their growth and desire to expand
into carpet cleaning. Window Works purchased ServiceCEO in July
2003, converted their FoxPro customer data and his company is now
considered an advanced user of ServiceCEO.
We look forward to Mr. Carrier sharing his expertise
in our software, how our online training classes helped his staff
become experts and the resulting impact ServiceCEO has had on his
business.

Special ServiceCEO Upgrade Offer Extended to 1/31/05
|
 |
All good things must come
to an end, and that time has come for ServiceWrks. So now is the
perfect time to upgrade to ServiceCEO and receive a special $900
upgrade credit before 1/31/05!
In February 2004, Insight Direct made the decision to no longer
sell ServiceWrks or invest software engineering resources into maintaining
this product offering. We announced this decision in our February
2004 Newsletter and in separate mailings to ServiceWrks customers
this year.
Rest assured, however, that telephone and e-mail technical
support will still be available to ServiceWrks customers through
February 28, 2005.
Customers can still use ServiceWrks, of course, but may eventually
run into situations where ServiceWrks no longer operates correctly
due to changes/upgrades in the Windows operating system, or other
technology issues.
The final ServiceWrks upgrade containing the permanent license
code for your software is available by visiting: ServiceWrks
Final Upgrade
Want to Upgrade to ServiceCEO and Receive $900 Off Your

Due to a high response rate, we are extending the special ServiceCEO
