Additions to management team focus on customer growth and satisfaction
Insight Direct is committed to helping our customers meet their business goals. The company believes strongly in customer success and our goal is to provide our customers with the best product available to help them grow now and in the future.
With that objective in mind, we are pleased to announce two new additions to our management team – Anthony Nygren and John Ponte. Both will play key roles in helping our customers leverage ServiceCEO to help their businesses succeed.
As director of customer experience, Anthony will be responsible for ensuring our customers are in the best position to achieve business success using ServiceCEO.
Anthony will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and how ServiceCEO can best serve their immediate and future business needs. In addition, Anthony will be responsible for developing the tools and support systems customers need to ensure a successful deployment and implementation of our product.
Prior to Insight Direct, Anthony led the marketing efforts at Measurement Computing where his extensive interaction with customers led to changes that made it much easier for customers to find what they wanted and to the development of the communication of best practices, sample solutions, and useful information.
John Ponte joins Insight Direct as our director of marketing. John will be responsible for incorporating our customers' experience using our product to drive Insight Direct's branding/positioning, lead generation initiatives and public relations.

Business owners can choose to print and distribute work orders and route sheets or they can e-mail
or text message these reports to workers out in the field.
Work orders provide one-page summaries of individual job(s). Route sheets consolidate and organize
jobs by assigned teams. Each report can be pulled from a specified date range, and can be customized to
