ServiceCEO Tip of the Month
Using Job Substatus Icons
With most jobs, you tell the customer that you will be there at a specific date and approximate time. However, some customers may not know exactly when they will be available for service, or want you to come at your first available slot. You can put these jobs onto the ServiceCEO Picklist. The Picklist is a list of active jobs without a specific engagement time. When openings in your schedule appear, simply drag and drop the job from the Picklist onto either the calendar or the dispatch board to schedule.
For more information about the picklisted job, double-click the job from the Picklist dialog box. The job record appears. You can also right-click the job to access additional job options for the job and customer.
