  Computer Services Franchisor Nears Successful ServiceCEO Rollout

ExpetectA short time ago, Expetec TechnologyServices, a leading franchise specializing in providing IT services to Small and Medium Business (SMB), selected ServiceCEO as its new business management solution. ServiceCEO was selected to run each franchisee's business operations including managing work orders and customer information, tracking marketing campaigns, scheduling, and more.

Expetec has already rolled out ServiceCEO to 32 of its franchisees. A couple more franchisees are in the process of implementing ServiceCEO and are expected to join the list of 32 in a few short weeks.

"We've been really happy with how easy it's been to get ServiceCEO in the hands of our franchisees and implemented in their operations," said Expetec Operations Manager Bryan German. "Our franchisees who are using ServiceCEO are already seeing a big impact on their efficiencies, costs and production."

German said that one of the keys to this successful rollout has been the accessibility his employees have had to Insight Direct's Member Center. Employees have been logging into the Member Center to access training videos, documentation and other helpful tools to get them up to speed on ServiceCEO.

"The online classes and training videos alone have been a huge help to our franchisees' employees," said German.

Expetec selected ServiceCEO to replace three applications the company previously used to manage its business. The company grew increasingly frustrated with Microsoft Dynamics, FieldPoint and Great Plains. German said the programs lacked the flexibility and integration the company needed. Using the three systems, Expetec lacked the ability to effectively manage some basic business functions like processing work orders, entering and tracking customer information, reporting and marketing analytics. Now, with ServiceCEO, Expetec has one centralized system that provided the franchisor the tools and view necessary to strengthen the link between the franchisor and its franchisees.

Maintenance Company Increases Productiviy With ServiceCEO
 
 


When Kleen Teem, a building maintenance services company specializing in janitorial and commercial cleaning, opened in 1993, the company struggled to run its business operations. So much so that many times, the company found many of its jobs would go unbilled despite being completed.

Kleen TeemDuring this time, managing jobs and customers with QuickBooks and Microsoft Access was a very manual process for employees. Besides being time consuming, this manual process led to the company losing revenue.

That all changed once Kleen Teem purchased ServiceCEO as its end-to-end business solution. Since implementing ServiceCEO, Kleen Teem has seen significant results including increased productivity, time savings, reduction in errors due to manual data entry, and increased billings.

New Industry-Focused Training Classes

In our continuing effort to provide our customers with the most relevant and useful training we can, we have added a series of Q&A training sessions for specific industry groups:  Computer and Telecom, Residential and Commercial Cleaning, Building Repair and Maintenance, Outdoor Maintenance, and Appliance Installation and Maintenance.  Each industry group class will be offered once per week.

According to Insight Direct Director of Customer Experience Anthony Nygren “these classes come directly from feedback from customers.  We heard that they love the Q&A format, but were excited about the opportunity to learn from the questions of businesses like theirs.”

In addition to the standard Q&A moderated by Insight Direct, the classes will also provide an opportunity for similar businesses to talk directly to each other and share “best practices.”

The goal of the Industry Hound Contest is to encourage everyone to experience the fantastic interaction and learning that goes on in the Discussion Boards and in our new industry-focused Q&A classes.

Here's how it works: every time you do one of the following things, you get one entry into the prize drawing (see below for prize details). The activities for which you are entered are:

  • Being subscribed to an industry forum on the Discussion Boards
