We look forward to your help in our next Beta program and we encourage those of you who did not participate in the 6.0 Beta Program, to do so next time.
New Industry-Focused Training Classes
In our continuing effort to provide our customers with the most relevant and useful training we can, we have decided to add a series of Q&A training sessions for specific industry groups: Computer and Telecom, Residential and Commercial Cleaning, Building Repair and Maintenance, Outdoor Maintenance, and Appliance Installation and Maintenance. Each industry group class will be offered once per week.
The new training classes schedule will begin on Monday, May 1st.
According to Insight Direct Director of Customer Experience Anthony Nygren “these classes come directly from feedback from customers. We heard that they love the Q&A format, but were excited about the opportunity to learn from the questions of businesses like theirs.”
In addition to the standard Q&A moderated by Insight Direct, the classes will also provide an opportunity for similar businesses to talk directly to each other and share “best practices.”
To see which classes are offered when, please check the schedule at right, or visit our web site.

Additions and Changes to the ServiceCEO Training Video Library
We wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to find the pre-recorded video you need, so we have just re-organized our videos into a comprehensive video library, organized by topic. In addition to the new organization, we have also added brief descriptions of all the videos.

We have also made a major addition to the Library with the completion and posting of our new Implementation Training Series videos. The Series is divided into 10 "Essential" videos and about 30 "Optional" videos.
The "Essential" videos are a step-by-step guide to configuring ServiceCEO so that you can begin practicing customer and job data entry. Just watch these videos in order, practice along with them, and you will be ready to get started! The "Optional" videos cover all the other items found in the "Lists" and "Options" menus.
If you have any comments about the videos, e-mail Anthony Nygren.
