Thanks to all of you who participated in our Customer Satisfaction survey. We got some valuable information about what aspects of our training and support program are working well and what aspects need some improvement.
Based on your feedback, in April we are launching a new Assured Success program. The goal of this program is to make sure that we are doing everything we can to help our customers get up and running and enjoying the benefits of ServiceCEO as quickly as possible.
Under the program, we will check in with our new customers to find out how their training and implementation is going and to offer some suggestions and additional assistance for any customers who are not progressing as fast as they would like.
In addition, we will be looking at ways to improve our training and our printed documentation. If anyone has any comments or suggestions that they would like to share, please contact Anthony Nygren by e-mail (anygren@insightdirect.com) or phone (800-471-4200 ext. 284).

New Training Class Available

Based on the feedback from the customer survey, we are adding, as part of our Assured Success program, a StartingRIGHT class to our lineup of 17 training classes per week. The StartingRIGHT class will focus on introducing new customers to the Member Center and all the resources they will need to get started with training and getting ready to use ServiceCEO. The class will be offered every weekday at different times of day so that everyone should be able to find a day and time that’s convenient for them.
If you have not had an introduction to the Member Center we encourage you to attend the class regardless of whether you or your company purchased ServiceCEO a while ago. Dates and times for the classes will be posted on our online Class Schedule next week.
