  Insight Direct 2006 Year-End Recap

Hard to believe but another year has come and gone. 2006 was once again a very busy Happy New Year! and successful year for us here at Insight Direct. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone, particularly our ServiceCEO customers, who helped make this year a successful one. We wish you all health, happiness and much success in 2007!

With the start of the new year, it's also a good time to take a look back at the year that was - 2006.

A few 2006 highlights:

  • Successful release of ServiceCEO 6.0 featuring:
    • marketing campaigns
    • payroll and time cards
    • project control panel
    • XML exporting
    • quick team check in

  • ServiceCEO API introduced

  • 1,200 new customers spanning 30 countries joined the ServiceCEO family

  • 10 new franchises joined the growing list of ServiceCEO franchise customers including: THE MAIDS Home Services, Expetec Technology Services, Handyman Network, Sparkling Image, and others

  • Sales grew by over 40% from 2005 allowing Insight Direct to increase development and support activities

  • ServiceCEO recognized as Best HVAC Software at HVAC Comfortech Product Showcase Awards

  • Enhanced training resources including the addition of:
    • 20 new live training classes
    • training database library
    • Crystal reports library

  • Strengthened ServiceCEO's Technical Support, Data Services and Account Management teams

  • Launched ServiceCEO Advisor Program

  • ServiceCEO 6.1 Beta Program launched

While 2006 was a banner year, we have many more tricks up our sleeves for 2007. Look for additional third-party integration partners, new product and service offerings that our users are going to love, and of course continued development of our core platforms with a ServiceCEO 6.2 release.

Insight Direct customers can expect that in 2007 and beyond, we will continue to strengthen our commitment to remaining the dedicated partner that customers can trust to run their business operations with on a daily basis.

If you’re looking for some additional Crystal Reports but don’t want to take the time to create them yourself, check out our new Crystal Reports Library.  The library contains pre-made reports that have been created by customers and by Insight Direct.  Customers can send reports to us for uploading or can download reports already posted in the library.  We currently have reports available for download in the following categories:
