  Computer Services Franchisor Turns to ServiceCEO to Optimize Business

ExpetectExpetec Technology Services, a leading franchise specializing in providing IT services to Small and Medium Business (SMB), has selected ServiceCEO as its new business management solution. Frustrated with a CRM application and third-party field service package that couldn't meet their business objectives, Expetec chose ServiceCEO to manage the day-to-day operations of its home office and franchise business owners. The company cites ServiceCEO as being the best-of-breed total business solution at the franchisee level while also providing the franchisor the tools and view necessary to strengthen the link between the franchisor and franchisees.

"After an extensive search, which included about 15 other software applications, ServiceCEO continually rose to the top," said Expetec Operations Manager Bryan German.

German said the company selected ServiceCEO to manage all of its 50 franchisees' business operations. Franchisees will use ServiceCEO for managing work orders and customer information, tracking marketing campaigns, scheduling service technicians, and more. German said he expects ServiceCEO to have an immediate impact on the company's bottom line and looks forward to increasing his organization's operational efficiencies, lowering costs and increasing overall revenue.

Meet the Newest Addition to
Account Management Team

Andrew RydingAs part of our goal to provide our customers with the ongoing attention and support they need, we have expanded our account management team to include Andrew Ryding.

Once customers are up and running with ServiceCEO, an account manager becomes the main point-of-contact for any of your needs and for helping you get the most you can out of ServiceCEO.  Customers should contact their account manager if they are interested in purchasing additional licenses for users, mobile tech and Crystal
Reports. In addition, account managers will be responsible for membership renewals and credit card processing.

Track Success of Marketing Campaigns

Optimize your marketing campaigns with ServiceCEO. Display Specific Tax Revenue in Report

To run a ServiceCEO report displaying the amount of money invoiced and broken down by tax code, follow these easy steps:

  1. Click REPORTS from the Navigator bar. The Available Reports dialog box appears.
  2. Click FINANCIAL.
  3. Select the REVENUE REPORT.
  4. Click SELECT. The Revenue Report Options dialog box appears. Tax Revenue Report
  5. Define the appropriate filtering methods in the Step 1 section of the dialog box. You do not need to define any filters if you do not want, but, if necessary, you could define a filter on every tab in the Step 1 section.

    For example, if you wanted to display the revenue due to one specific product or service (Product X), you can select the SERVICES/PRODUCTS tab, select the ONLY INCLUDE REVENUE FROM THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: check box, and select the "Product X" check box.
  6. Select the name of the tax by which you want to group this data from the SELECT THE ORDER/GROUPS IN WHICH THE TRANSACTIONS WILL APPEAR drop-down list. The name of your taxes will appear as they are defined in the Tax Codes dialog box (Tools > Lists > Tax Codes).
