Insight Direct's Membership Plan guarantees that you will have free access to:
- All the new features and functionality available in new versions of ServiceCEO
- All of the tools you need to get the most out of ServiceCEO
- Additional resources to improve the success of your business
How Our Membership Plan Works
Membership Plans are typically for one year, with your first year of Membership included in the purchase of ServiceCEO. Your membership gives you access to our Member Center.
If you are a current Member, you can renew your Membership plan by using the Online Store located within the
Member Center.
If you are not a current Member, please contact us at 800-471-4200.
The Cost of a Membership Plan
The Cost of a Membership Plan* is based on the number of User Licenses purchased:

Our Annual Membership Plans vs. Other Software Companies
While most software companies offer a simple Maintenance Plan that only includes software upgrades, Insight Direct offers a full set of services in what we call our Membership Plan. The cost of our Annual Membership Plan is a modest 20% of Licensing Fees. Other software companies charge between 25% - 35% annually for software upgrades alone. Here are a few of the highlights of Insight Direct Membership;
- Our Annual Membership Plan includes software upgrades plus a whole lot more
- Our Annual Membership Plan only costs 15% - 20% of License Fees
Official Policy on Making Users Inactive
To reduce the renewal cost of your membership, you can request to make one or more of your users inactive. You will no longer have access to this concurrent user to log into ServiceCEO. If, in the future you would like to reactivate the inactive user, the cost will be 50% of the current licensing fee plus the Membership due for each license.
Customer Account Deactivation
If you do not renew by 90 days after your Membership expiration date, your customer account will be deactivated. Once this happens, you will no longer be able to renew your Membership and if you wish to obtain the latest version of ServiceCEO, you will need to re-purchase the software.
