Jim Triandiflou
Chief Executive Officer

Jim is a seasoned executive who has played a leadership role in building three companies. He has experience creating new business, growing existing companies, and raising capital using a combination of leadership skills, a focus on execution, and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives. An industry leader in sales effectiveness and management, Jim is a frequent speaker at industry events and has served as a faculty member at the Columbia Business School Executive Education Program on Sales Management.

Prior to joining Insight Direct, Jim was Chief Operating Officer at Centive. He led the turnaround of the company's on-premise software business while simultaneously launching the industry's first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales compensation product prior to Centive's acquisition by Xactly. As founder, President and CEO of Ockham Technologies, Jim raised capital, secured the company's first customers and rapidly grew the business before guiding the company to its acquisition by Centive. Jim has also held executive and management positions at The Alexander Group and Bozell Advertising.

Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the State University of New York College at Oswego and an MBA in International Marketing from Arizona State University. An avid runner, Jim completed the 2008 and 2009 Boston Marathons. When he's not rooting for the Red Sox or spending time with his wife and four children, Jim volunteers with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and has "granted" seven wishes.

Chris Chapman
Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Chris is responsible for ServiceCEO's ability to meet the real world needs of field service businesses. He takes the complex functions faced by service businesses and creates intuitive solutions so that even the novice computer user can operate ServiceCEO. Chris is considered one of the top authorities in automating the management and back office needs of service businesses and has helped thousands of single-site and franchise organizations streamline their business processes for growth, operational uniformity and profit maximization.

Chris is the father of three and is an avid golfer, poker player and sports fanatic with vast knowledge of useless sports trivia. Chris and his wife Allison are very active in the parents of children with autism community, helping to bring awareness and attention to searching for a remedy to a health epidemic which now affects 1 out of 150 children in the United States, including their son CJ.

James Koch
Founder and Chief Architect

James is responsible for leading the design and development of Insight Direct's products, including ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems, as well as architecture of the next generation in the continually evolving ServiceCEO product line. James gained technical and entrepreneurial notoriety early in life, as an independent shareware author with 200 customers in 12 countries by the age of fifteen. At eighteen he founded Flux Technologies, a company focused on new opportunities in online advertising, which was later acquired by Advertising.com and then AOL/TimeWarner.

Prior to joining Insight Direct in 2000, James' other ventures addressed field and sales force automation needs in the pharmaceutical, automotive sales and real estate markets, giving him extensive experience bringing the latest technological advances to businesses of all sizes.

Derek Gilmore
VP Engineering

Derek is responsible for Managing the Insight Direct Engineering, Customer Support and Quality Assurance teams.

Derek has more than 10 years of expertise in translating clients' complex business problems into scalable, reusable and user-friendly technology solutions. He has designed and built complex n-tier financial web applications from prototype to final product. Core competencies include OOD architecture, Java and .Net components, GUI design, creating product prototypes and requirements documentation.

Derek's years of professional experience includes work with the following organizations: Fidelity Investments, Thomson Financial, Sun Microsystems, Reliant Energy, Market Intelligence and Publishers Clearing House.

David O'Connor
Chief Financial Officer

David has 20 years of experience helping technology companies raise capital, complete M&A transactions, manage financial functions, and execute strategic business development deals

Before joining the Insight Direct team, David was the CFO of Oblicore, a leading Service Level Management software company. Prior to Oblicore, David provided outsourced CFO and M&A advisory services through a company he founded called Foundation Partners. He served in both an operating role and as an M&A advisor for such companies such as Mzinga, Exact Software, and Nextworth Solutions. Prior to that, David served as CFO of Surebridge where he raised private equity, executed multiple acquisitions, and led the sale of the company to Navisite. David has served as CFO, VP Finance and Corporate Development, and Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions for multiple other Massachusetts-based businesses. David spent the first five years of his career in the Audit Practice of Ernst & Young.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. A transplant from Buffalo, NY, Dave remains a loyal Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres fan while also teaching his four children about the "winning tradition" of the Boston Red Sox.
