Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive at Insight Direct, you will be furnished with prospects in need of our solution, having come to us pro-actively seeking help. We provide the best available solution addressing an under-served market. We are growing revenue at over 30% annually. Our company had twelve employees to begin 2004 and we now have nearly fifty. This position is not a replacement; it is ongoing growth.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic atmosphere, where performance is expected and handsomely rewarded. This is a great career move for people who have confidence, experience, and know how to expose a prospect's challenges and tie them to the benefits of our solutions. Software background is not strictly required however a previous position requiring high volume of activity should lead to a high level of success in this opportunity. Additional experience or understanding of the operations of a service business will contribute to your success.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven closer, able to garner commitment every step of sales process
• Ability to lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively (i.e., you are not an order taker)
• Experience or ability to give online demonstrations using Web conferencing technology
• Ability to quickly learn a new software product and clearly communicate its value proposition
• Excellent writing skills; e-mail messages clearly communicate a call to action, steps to closing the sale, etc.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; clear and articulate
• Team Player
• Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer's needs
• Income driven
• Able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment (growing)

Other Notes
This position has an aggressive commission structure. If you have the ability to understand the transition of software into solutions and communicate it to a potential customer, this position will offer an excellent income opportunity. We expect people in this position to earn between $60K and $110K in their first year, and $100K - $200K their second year. However there is no cap and a realistic opportunity for a star performer to far surpass this range.
